Ordering, Shipping, Mailing, Returns, and the like:
How to order: Write out your order and send it to email@example.com. Remember to include item name, color, and quantity of each, as well as your mailing address. I
will send you back an invoice with your order total, which will include shipping and handling and insurance if desired, along
with my mailing information. At this time I will only be accepting payment in the form of Postal Money Orders made out
to Angela Ortiz, or concealed cash, both in US funds. All orders will be held for 10 days while payment
arrives. I will ship items the day after payment is received via US Priority Mail (3-5 days) and email
you after the order is sent. All orders will be taken on a strict "first come, first served" basis, so if you really
love something, please don't hesitate, for as the saying goes "now you see it, now you don't". I will be also
accepting custom orders, so feel free to send your ideas my way, I'll do my best to make you happy. :)
Shipping and Handling Costs (This includes shipping via USPS Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation, and
full handling charge):
$1-$75.00 : $8.00 with insurance, $6.00 without insurance
$76.00-$125.00 : $10.00 with insurance, $8.00 without insurance
Orders over $125.00 : $12.00 with insurance, $11.00 without insurance.
I also accept international orders, check for shipping costs.
For Intra-Island orders (within Puerto Rico) the shipping costs are considerably less, subject to verification.
Condition: All items come from a pet and smoke-free home and are shipped with the utmost care so they
arrive to you in the best condition. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on lost or damaged merchandise
(That's what the insurance is for!)
